Project Coordinator - Lanarkshire - Salary: £25,000 to £27,000
My client designs and manufactures specialist products for the oil & gas, maritime, material handling, mining and construction industries. They are looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to act as the link between customers (internal and external) and project execution teams. Specifically, the Project Coordinator will ensure the smooth delivery of projects by gathering inputs and matching these to project expectations and timelines. Your responsibilities will include: - ensure the facilitation of tasks linked to the overall delivery of designated projects - expediting logistics of project coordination - minute taking during project calls and meetings - own and communicate action plans - ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders - control project schedules and plans My client is a manufacturing and engineering business therefore an ability to read and interpret technical documentation would be an advantage but not essential. You will have excellent administration skills and have a meticulous and methodical approach to your work. Applicants must have first class organisational skills and be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Communication skills be key for this role as will the ability to coordinate different groups of people across disciplines and seniority levels.
